Keegan McNamara loves helping his clients build wealth and brighter futures. Drawing on his market analysis and investment background, he employs a tech-driven, boutique approach and studies every opportunity thoroughly while keeping the big picture in mind. Keegan founded Folio Real Estate Group in 2022, guided by an abundance mindset. He leads his growing team with a client-first, community-centric philosophy.
 
A longtime real estate investor, developer, agent, and entrepreneur, Keegan focuses on smart growth that opens doors for all San Diegans. His developments have over 500 residential units in the pipeline, and he provides clients the opportunity to co-invest with him in highly selective deals. Keegan also owns MV Properties, a full-service property management company that manages hundreds of residential units in San Diego County.
 
Humble and grateful, he works with the utmost integrity, fostering a welcoming, collaborative transaction for all involved while consistently getting his clients the edge.
 
In his free time, Keegan is heavily involved in giving back to the community as a board member of Rise Up Industries and Barrio Logan College Institute. Keegan also serves on the Alumni Board of Directors of UC San Diego’s Rady School of Management, where he received his MBA.
